I was going to list my house and downsize to a smaller home. Sue went out of her way to make appointments for me to view homes, condos, mobiles, anything that I thought I would like to see. Sue was able to guide me with suggestions for what to look for to help with my decision. Sue was also very helpful with ideas to get my home ready to list! How to show my home, how to price and was available for several open house dates! With Sue's help, I was successful with the sale of my home as she guided me with all the details that I needed to know!
